We don’t have a physical store because we are convinced that online stores will dominate the world… Now, speaking seriously, we believe that in an online store you save yourself time, you can make a better decision about your purchase and you get the best prices in the market.

Yes! We ship to all countries. Actually we work with different couriers which will be assigned based on your country and region.

It’s so easy! You just need to add all the products you want to the Cart, provide your Shipping and Billing information at the Checkout and finally select the Shipping and Payment methods that you prefer.

For that case we work with an Express Shipping option! Reach us through our store’s Chat or send us an email indicating the product or products you need, for when and at which address. We will calculate the value and if you’re ok, we will ship it!

When you’re at the Checkout page, you need to check the option “Want your order wrapped as a gift?”. Consider that your whole order will be wrapped in just one package. If you need to wrap different items, just mention this in the “Additional information” field and we will send you different gift wraps so you can do it yourself.

Just mention it in the “Additional information” field and check the option box “Want your order wrapped as a gift?”. Each gift set contains 4 papers and stickers so you can make the best gift!

No problem! You can also mention this and we will send you the respective gift cards so you can add the name yourself.

Totally! At Grocery we work with the highest security standards and all the information you provide on our website is kept completely confidential. We just ask that you provide the necessary information for the Payment and the Shipping. Grocery’s systems does not store any information related to your credit card or bank account.

You can pay with Credit Cards through different payment gateways like PayPal, or make a Bank transfer.

Remember to check your email “Inbox” and/or “Spam folder”. If you still haven’t received it, you can send us an email mentioning your order number (e.g. 12345) so we can resend it.

Remember that our shipping schedules are on working days. For example, if you buy through Bank Transfer on a Friday afternoon, night or during the weekend, we will review your payment and ship your order at the following working day, in this case, would be Monday.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. At the upper part of it you will find “Order 12345”. With that number you will be able to identify your order.

We suggest you be very careful when typing your address and recheck it before placing the order. If the autofill betrayed you, write to us as soon as possible letting us know about the error and give us your order number, so that we can fix it before it’s shipped.

The delivery dates depend on every product of the order. You can see this on the “Shipping” label on the details of every product. If your order has several products and they have different shipping dates, all your order will be shipped at the highest date available. For example: If you purchase a product with a delivery date of “2-3 working days” and another with “3-5 working days”, your whole order will be shipped on the latest.

All of our shipments are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:30 hours. During the weekend we take a small break so we can start a new week completely fresh and committed to you. Any urgency, problem or delay will be communicated to you always through email or phone.

Since we work with external courier companies, the delivery schedule always is between 9:00 and 21:00 hrs, so we suggest that you provide an address where there will be someone who can receive it for you. Can be a friend, a neighbor, family member, etc. If you live in an apartment, janitors will be our best allies when it comes to shipping.

At the moment we don’t have a Pickup point, but don’t worry, make your purchase and then you can write to us to so we can take care of your delivery.

Once you get the email “Order in transit”, it means that your order it’s on its way! If you’re within the region of our headquarters, you may receive the delivery within the same day or the next working day. If you're in another country, the shipping could take from 2 to 10 working days.

In the “Order in transit” email, you will find the proper link to track your order at the courier’s website you have been assigned to.
